   WOW, Just wow - Honestly what an absolute star!! I have a pair of brown brogues which I have had years and been resoled a number of times and last time had them resoled by Timpsons because they were just close by to where I was working. Anyway fast forward to when they needed resoling the next time round and every cobbler I went to say that they couldn't be fixed as Timpsons had done it so badly. Then here comes Rite Way to save the day, managed to give it go and superbly fit and repair my most favourite shoes. Genuinely cannot thank you so much, most definitely have the art of your profession! Just wish I could give more than 5 stars, no only is Rite Way an excellent cobbler but is also good at communications with his customers, and a genuinely nice guy just to top it off!!

   Two out of the three keys l had cut two days ago failed to work. I returned to ask if they could be recut and told no. I asked for a refund and told no. I showed the woman servicing the receipt on my phone. She was abusive and then took three photographs of me, which she refused to removed from her phone. I called the police. She offered to pay me £10.00, l paid £18.00, and then she changed her mind. I've used this business in the past and it's been fine. This was a dreadful experience, l left with keys not fit for purpose and no refund. Thank you for your comment below. However, your description is not accurate. As your camera will show, l took a photograph of the Repair Shop book, which she later claimed to be herself on the front cover. When l visited the following day, you told me this was your partner, not the woman who had served me. As said, l’ve used you in the past and not had a problem. Regrettably, on this occasion, two out of the three keys l had cut were not fit for purpose.

   Another two pairs of footwear back to near new status. Thank you. We had a one pair of ladies shoes with holes in the bottoms and a pair of ladies boots with the heels worn down. Both pairs done in a few days. They look great and feel much more comfortable now. Very reasonable price too. Oh and I had a key cut for work as well (Jon might remember me saying it was for a cleaner!) She said thanks :o)

   I've had 2 shoe repairs from Rite Way now, and the craftsmanship has been exceptional. Hand stitched leather sole replacement for my Goodyear Welted shoes was better than the original finish and I have had a heel replacement on the same pair of shoes which has given an expensive pair of shoes a new lease of life. I'd much rather use people who have worked with shoes for a lifetime than Timpson's, where the average worker has been for a couple of years. I'd recommend to anyone.
