   Went in desperate for a comfortable pair of shoes and was very surprised by the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. She took a look at what I was wearing and the shape of my foot and bought out several pairs to try, explaining why each time until we found a pair that suited me.

   Bought some loafers 3 sept 2022 and the top of the left foot sole came unstuck 2 Nov so went to shop for an exchange. Manager said no because shoes had been worn (well that's what you doveith shoes?). Disgusted as paid £17 for 6/7 weeks wear. Will not be returning and taking my custom elsewhere

   Fantastic range (now they’ve moved to their new location at the bottom of Packers Row). The shop is deceptively large and well stocked and at ridiculously great prices!. My 94 year old dad needed new shoes he can get on and off easily. So Velcro fastenings were important. We bought him four pairs of different shoes, including a smart pair £24.99, trainers £39.99, soft brown £14.99 and light cotton shoes £7.99. That’s four pairs of shoes for under £90!!!! Polly, the very friendly shop assistant was extremely friendly and helpful and put up with my Dads jokes and quips with a laugh and a smile. I can’t recommend Chesterfield Shoe zone highly enough!

   My visit Sunday morning a order on line to be returned which was easy n simple, the staff are friendly n helpful, this shop has wide isles and good for disabled persons i was on my mobility scooter getting in to the shop was easy also, thumbs up to 'shoezone'.
