I visited German Doner Kebab in Tottenham and was served by Hamna, who was incredibly polite and friendly. She made my experience even better with her warm attitude and excellent service. The rice was great, and her customer care really stood out. Thank you, Hamna, for making my visit such a pleasant one!
Great food but unfortunately the experience was soon ruined by being forced to write a review. A lady came and stood at our table asking to leave a review, she then proceeded to stand at the table until I had left review. Such a weird interaction, never felt so uncomfortable.
The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious with great variety. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!
Terrible!!!This can not be called German Doner! They should change they brand name into German Salad!Shame on you!I paid £15 for buns filled with salad!Folks please do not order from these greedy people and do not visit that restaurant!Let them shut down!
0 star from me Ordered food twice from this GDK branch food was cold Missing food on both occasions See the pictures below and on top Deliveroo will refund u £3 no salads on the meal No Bossmeal boxes! Always come in a bag. TOTTENHAM HALE GDK has to be closed no point opening I’ve been to east London GDK it’s 10/10.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GDK as a franchise is really good. But this branch deserves to be shut down and replaced. Orders are consistently late and cold with frequent missing items and poor portion sizes. Can't believe 'portion of chips' means a single chip to GDK Tottenham. Head Office needs to inspect them ASAP. Would never go again and would never recommend.
DO NOT ORDER. AVOID. I GOT SICK FROM ORDERING HERE. Terrible service and food. Got stomach bug from this place. I ordered online, received the food and was disgusting, wrong order and uncooked bread. Bread was white and soggy, I had curled cuts of chicken which indicates it is old and dry. I made the mistake of ordering thinking it would not be the same as the other German Kebabs I have ordered. Don't make that mistake and read the reviews, unfortunately majority seem to be saying the truth here. The bread is extremely thick and not like the previous version they had which was a thin wafer type. I also got sick from the food the next day. I am 100% certain this food got me and my partner both sick with a stomach bug. I completed via the support website, they were quick to tell me the store will call me and rectify the issue. I waited several weeks and received nothing. I followed up to that email to find out if anything is being resolved and looks like nothing has been done, leaving this review as the company is going downwards and protect other foodies.
I got 2 portion of chips and look at the portion you get, half a hand full, both portions of chips were like this. A regular Donna kebab, in the bread they put the salad in first and a bit of Donna kebab on top. You get more salad then kebab, that’s why they put the salad in first. First time I ordered and it’s a big disappointment. Don’t bother ordering from here if your hungry. Go somewhere else this place is a rip off and a joke, the staff don’t check the orders before they go out.
