   I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews here but honestly I don't understand why... I've been coming here for 4 years now and on the occasions where I have gone elsewhere I've always ended up coming back here to have them fixed to my liking! Staff have always been chatty with me and really interested in my life, they remember when I've told them about events and always follow up at my next appointment to ask how it went. My nails have always been stunning, they put time and effort into making my "extraordinary" choice of designs perfect. Il be going there on Monday to have my wedding nails done, I wouldn't trust going anywhere else! I know they will be perfect just like every other time. Ive never had a nail break, my nails usually last around a month before they need infills however there's times I've gone to 6 weeks before going back with no problem! With regards to people's comments about staff starting other people's nails while still doing theirs, there's a process to doing nails and if they have 5 minutes to start somebody else's while yours dry, then good on them! It's better than sitting around not doing anything in that time. If you were in the other chair you'd be thinking "they could be doing mine now instead of waiting for the other persons to cure" They're running a walk in business and keeping everyone happy, not just you. if you want all their attention on you and only you then offer to pay them extra to do this or go at a quieter time

   admittedly the people doing my nails were very delicate and gentle but i felt as though i was an issue when i went in despite there being only one other person in the shop and they weren’t closing for another hour and a half, it felt rushed and my almond shape had been filed so badly they were lobsided and pointing a lot more to one side. the next day my gel polish literally started peeling off so i had to file them down and repaint them myself, waste of £35 in my opinion

   Today i went there to have my nails done and to take off the last ones they did, which looked awful after two weeks of having them done. Their gel keeps peeling off for some reason! i asked the older lady a question about the outcome of the colour of the nails i wanted and the woman just went ballistic at me in front of everyone, i asked her "whats annoying her, do i not have the right to ask questions or even change my mind if i wanted to?" As she saw the need to be rude i didn't back off! i don't know what made her think she could do that! after she finished my nails i gave her a piece of my mind! I would not recommend this place at all but if you do go make sure you get the services you are paying for!!

   My daughter had her nails done here with her friend, after only 2 weeks the nails look awful, they have chipped and because they didn’t go right to the cuticle they look really grown out already, also my daughter wanted French tip but was told it would be about £8 more I think, she could only have one colour, yet her friend had a design and different on each nail for only £5 more, with my daughter being young she obviously didn’t want to say anything in the shop, but she wasn’t happy with the end result.

   Had gel nails done. They filed nails down too far when I had grown them nicely they didn't bother listening to my requirements. . Nice colour of gel but they chipped after a week. won't bother going there again.

   Had to wait an hour and a half to get acrylic nails done and after all that waiting my nails look dreadful, the older woman who did them rushed them and completely messed up the shape, the 'ombré glitter' I asked for is a blob at the bottom of the nails and the nails look as if I've had them on for 3 weeks, they haven't fitted them to the shape of my nails so they look grown out. Honestly don't have words for this place, just awful, wouldn't recommend to anybody!
