   Go here every few weeks for biab nails and they never disappoint. I'd suggest going in the morning as it starts to get busier around dinner time. Lovely staff and decent prices, would definitely recommend!

   Once again—and for the last time—I booked an appointment over the phone for a manicure and pedicure. The booking was confirmed for 11:00 AM. When I arrived, I was once again told that I would have to wait 20 minutes for my turn. Why do they confirm appointments if they can’t stick to the schedule? It turned out they had accepted walk-in clients, saying those ladies had already been waiting for over an hour! Why wasn’t I informed about this over the phone? The woman asked if that was okay with me—I said no and left. An hour later, I had to head to the airport. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful to clients.

   Yesterday was my second time going to this salon. I was the first customer there yesterday as I went early to get my acrylics removed. I walked in and said ‘Hi’ and both the women who worked there just stared at me like I was filth and didn’t say anything. I spoke again and said I wanted to get my nails done…again crickets. They just continued to stare at me and make me feel uncomfortable and out of place. I told them all I wanted was my nails removed and they asked me to sit whilst they proceeded to take my nails of. About 10 minutes later another woman walked in who happened to be white and they greeted her really nicely and even had a full on conversation with her. Yesterday was not the first time I walked in that salon and received a cold reception. On my way out I confronted both the women working there and told them they need to learn to treat everybody with respect no matter the colour of their skin. They need to learn to be nice to everybody because we’re all paying customers at the end of the day. I told them I didn’t like the way I was treated when I first walked in and it was not ok! They should welcome everybody the same (with respect)! I will not be using this nail salon again!

   I went here after having a botched set of gel nails done at Hollywood nails in Little Lever and have to say the lady who removed and replaced my gel nails was fantastic. Even though it was late in the day 1hr before the shop was closing, the attention to detail and the end result was spot on, very happy. Would highly recommend :)

   Absolutely awful. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I left with my feet rougher than when I went in! My dark grey nail varnish was soaked off slightly but wasn’t removed completely before applying the nude color I had chosen so now I have nude nails surrounded by dark grey and it looks like my nails need a good scrub! No cuticle removal on my fingernails (or anything else for that matter!)and the guy who painted them literally filed each nail once each way. Everything was really rushed and the lack of care and attention to detail was obvious! I left really disappointed and £50 lighter. I was also booked in for eyebrow wax and tint but made a run for it before they butchered my eyebrows too! One positive was the young girl who performed my pedicure was really lovely.

   It's okay but i felt that their work was a little rushed cause it's closing time is 6pm & i arrived there at around 5.20pm & she told me had i come just a couple of minutes later she wouldn't of been able to do them. I was made to feel that i was being rushed aswell which made me feel uncomfortable. I think they are a little on the expensive side. I'm not sure if i would go there again. I have added another star to their rating. The reason for this is i cannot believe that the nails i had done are still going strong. I can't actually believe that they still haven't started to become loose so as far as that is concerned you definitely get your money's worth out of them. They are starting to look a little worse for wear though now so i think it's time i took a trip down there to have fresh ones done so i must say that i am more than happy with their work. Keep up the good work An Nails.
