   I ordered a dog pram. Sadly I had to return because it was too big for what I had planned however the product was absolutely amazing. Gutted it didn’t work out but I can highly recommend if anyone else is looking for one. The returns process was seemless. Collection from my house with a printed returns label.    The Best Shop in Solihull.. I’ve been a customer of Robert Dyas for many years and have made several purchases over time. On the rare occasions when I encountered an issue with a product, the return or exchange process was always smooth and respectful—as long as I had the receipt. It’s the most trustworthy place I’ve ever shopped, and I truly don’t understand the negative reviews some people have left. In my experience, no other retailer—even Amazon—matches the level of customer service and reliability that Robert Dyas offers. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff and managers for their consistent professionalism and support.

   Don’t know which one I’ve ordered from but an actual joke!!!!! My delivery was due almost a week ago. Customer service is appalling. Lies on lies. I’ve asked for my order to be cancelled as it still hasn’t even been despatched. Suddenly I’m told it’s been despatched. Lies. As they cannot provide tracking, and the courier has not confirmed it has been despatched. Avoid this shambolic business. #DYS-5531198 That’s my query reference number just in case they claim this review isn’t genuine

   Don't buy anything electrical from this supplier. If it's not suitable for your needs they dont accept them back. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I will never buy anything from them ever again amd will tell everyone to avoid. I bought a water filter machine that dispenses cold and hot water. It's extremely noisy and not suitable. Spent over £100 and they won't take the item back and refund. If this was a Beatties store or House Of Fraser they would accept it regardless. The item purchased is so noisy in the kitchen it was packed away back in it's box. ROBERT DYAS your customer service is rubbish!

In using the pressure washer I rate it 5 out of 5 Ease of assembling simplicity 5 out of 5 Useability 5 out of 5 Practability 5 out of 5 Price preferred cheaper 1 out of 5 I cleaned the garden slabs that have gone through 10 years of all Weather conditions When I pressured washed them, they look very clean like brand new again I washed my vehicle after 5 years. Its now gleaming sparkling clean. From just 2 washes I am a very happy customer. Hope this item will last a long time without any issues faults problems Overall 5 out of 5 for this product from Robert DyasI. I recommend this product. People have stopped and parked their vehicles to ask me about this product when they saw me washing my vehicle. That's how good this product is. Robert Dyas will become more popular with this particular item. Its 180 bar pressure washer. Research how many branded products are 180 bar at what cost.    It's always a treat to look round any Robert Dyas store and this is a good one. A few weeks ago I was delighted to find a GoTravel brand eye mask just like my own, something I'd had no luck finding before. It's worth noting that the GoTravel rack in Robert Dyas was much better stocked than the local branch of John Lewis! Something else I'd not been able to find for ages was a spring-wired pop-up up bag - so useful for supporting a green waste bag while gardening! - and there they were, two of them! I didn't buy one then as there were only a few left and ours isn't quite decrepid; the staff assured me that it's a seasonal item so I've got a photo and a reminder on my phone for next May so that's sorted! Thank you, Robert Dyas!

   Really good helpful friendly service and staff. I had help from a lovely member of staff with my shopping list. She found all the products I needed and put them in the trolley for me. I bought a home shopping trolley from there. It's one you can use to get up steps easily. Only£24. I love this shop.
