   Firstly I would like to state prior to going to this staff shop. I have been to others and fully aware that labeled prices are not always the case, normally staff are very helpful and will take items to the till and offer to scan items and happily show the price is at a reduced price as this is a Common this however I. The next Staff shops. When ASKED a staff members on Saturday the 27th jan at 9:30am while they where stood at the till talking and laughing to one and other, I asked if she would scan some trainers she refused and said the price is as stated on the label I stated In my experience this isn't always the case she refused again. Staff clearly not helpful and quite rude, it's a shame as the shop is a good size but with lazy staff, it makes the experience not worth it.

   It's a horrible experience when I go there, a Karen staff that every time comes up with new rules, today she sent her colleague to tell me that my husband who works for next and was with me at a till, that he needs to accompany me all the time inside the shop that because only he went to answer the phone outside the shop. Really don't get it ,other day another one asked my husband to not bring my daughter again cause it was noisy for her .really rubbish service they need proper training on customer service

   The worst staff shop I've ever visited. Unpleasant service, especially the lady with short spiky hair. Prices are completely different than they should be. 75% off on branded clothes doesn't mean half the price (like lady says by the till ). The codes on the receipt are completely different than on the tags, so you can't figure out how much you paid for each item. I brought my bag from previous visit that shop and still paid for a carrier bag again, which I've noticed at home when checked a receipt. Does not accept returns, there is no sign that they not accept, but fitting room closed. In other next staff shops you can exchanged for another item. I highly do not recommend, although you can find a lot of branded things, but lots of them are dirty, damages and used and prices are still like for a gold. The store service definitely makes me reluctantly returning. I definitely recommend Bradford or Doncaster.
