Rude management, using a prepaid MasterCard and they put as a gift card it's not a gift card I tried to explain it is same as a bank card she rudely said we don't accept them here , the MasterCard is accepted everywhere. She needs to go back to customer politeness school
I do like this next but it all feels a bit tightly packed in and when its right next door to primark it's got some tough competition!
Worse than bad. I won't even post any photos because this place doesn't deserve them. The service in this store is a joke. I have no problem with the clothes which are very good quality only with the rude, unpleasant service.

An excellent store with great service even though I didn't actually buy anything.
Went on Oct 30th 22, tall white supervisor at the mens floor was very rude. First and last time I shop at next, rather go boundry mill next.
This place has great quality and pricing for suits and men's formal & casual wear.
Good store with a decent range of clothes however the men's section is quite limited in comparison the the women's and kids. I have collected a few online orders from here with no issues (even returned/exhanged) and they're open into the early evening so there is time to collect after work. As a result on the whole it is not too bad and I still frequent the store.
