   I was standing there wanting to ask if they take walk-in and the woman there dismissively and rudely said “closed”! looking at me from the top of my head down to my toes! I think she needs to be educated on how to communicate respectfully with clients and I am so happy that (with this kind of unprofessionalism) she’s not doing my nails!

   Very very Rude staff!! I usually have acrylic nails, but last time I have decided to keep my natural nails, but I soon as I told them what I wanted they started to be rude and unwelcome because Was going to pay less then usual ‘’just for £10less” . And they don’t accept card payment, sometimes is stressful if you don’t have cash with. For them is easy to not pay tax on they customers.!! They money you give them to pay the service is not worth it, they use cheap products.

   I got a full set of acrylic nails and a few hours later I was hit on the top of the hand playing snap and one was half ripped off. Then like an hour later I lent my hand on my bed for 3 seconds and another whole nail came off, making my finger bleed.

   Been going here for almost a year and have always been happy with my nails. No appointment needed and they are really quick. I have never had any issues with mine but if you do they fix them for free. Huge selection of colours and they have a proper nail artist you can book in with if you want fancy designs!

   Me and my sister went to get our nails done here and we were rushed this is my second time going here and my experience was just as bad as my first time going. To begin with the girl who did my sisters nails done them really small and they look like her natural nail length when she did not ask for that. The shape of my nails were uneven and they were all bumpy the guy who did mine was rushing them and could not wait to finish and then another girl did the polish and she kept smudging it on my nails each time. We had asked for normal polish but the staff were not having any of it and were adamant we get shellac instead. They are ridiculously over priced. The prices they have on their price lists which is out on display are completely wrong and they make up their own prices as they please which is not right at all. We definitely will not be going to them ever again in the future.

   Awful, waste of money. Spent £35 for gel nails and nail art on infills for a holiday and all the ‘gel’ polish was peeling off less than 24 hours later. Had to go my holiday with nails that looked about 8 weeks old, then when I went to get them fixed (which they did free of charge) the woman admitted they weren’t gel in the first place but normal polish! Plus the repaint they’ve done has once again begun to chip within 24 hours. The staff are also very rude for the most part and I didn’t feel comfortable here at all.

   I got gel nails done. The color was a pink nude. The color started to change the same day at night. These pictures are from the 2nd day. They started to change into this gray black color around the edges which I've never experienced before. Total waste, I feel like their nailpolishes are very cheap quality.. I wouldn't bother with the gels. Wouldn't come back again.
