   Is anybody else having problems with this company. I paid them in full nearly £600 pro rata in February and I have still not received my order. When I call nobody knows when it will be ready and I am passed from pillar to post. I asked for a refund and for the manager to call me - no response. Today nobody is answering the phone...? I'm disappointed because I have used them previously.

   Website showed me what to buy which turned out to be wrong, no RESPONCE to message or email and now the number is no longer in use, feel conned.. I do not reccomed using these people. UPDATE. THEY HAVE GONE INTO LIQUIDATION DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER

   I have just bought my sons new uniform here. Made an appointment in advance, which was only 3 weeks before starting high school. All items of uniform were available, with one exception of an 'optional' PE hoody. This was ready for collection prior to my sons first PE lesson. Fantastic service from Martin. I would highly recommended this 'local' schoolwear supplier! Thank you APC

   Poor experience spent around £100 on first school uniform for my son starting reception. Ordered well in advance. The weeks leading up to my son starting school my wife called several times and was told "we'll get back to you". Eventually we couldn't even get through by phone so went down the day before the start of school and joined a large queue of other disgruntled customers, only to be told the order wasn't ready and we got a refund. My wife fortunately didn't put all our eggs in one basket and ordered some uniform from another local supplier or my son's first ever day at school would have been without uniform. I definitely do not recommend this company and our experience at the other supplier was a far superior experience.

   Really rate this shop, We had an appointment to get new school uniforms and even though they were back to back with appointments I found the staff extremely friendly, the man serving us carefully made sure we were happy with every item and how it fit, no pressure to buy anything we went sure about and really put my child at ease. Changing rooms and mirror made it all a very stress-free shopping event and happy with the quality of the clothes. Yes there is a wait time off a week or so for some out of stock items but they are upfront about this.

   Don't use them unless you want your logos printed near the armpits. Customer service was great at first, but once we were unhappy with the poor placement of the branding, they didn't want to know. Our fault for ordering shirts too big they said, when they were the exact same size as ordered from a previous company, and there were no issues with them. Said owner would get in touch, never did.

   I originally ordered my daughters uniform online and somehow managed to get mixed up with the measurements. Stephen responded to my emails promptly managed to get me a appointment to visit the shop and change the trousers and skirt. He couldn’t have been more helpful, he then posted out the correctly sized uniform in time for her starting school. Fabulous service thank you.

   Couldn't have done more for me, especially Stephen. Yes I experienced a delay but they are clothing alot of schools. Stephen helped with a returns issue, very prompt and so very helpful, called me to quicken the process up too. Definitely 10/10 from me, even with the delay.

   Delivery after term starts is not acceptable. To be told at busy times delivery can be 4 to 6 weeks is ridiculous especially with a summer growing spurt. Thankfully other local supplier had all items in stock to collect same day.
