   I went a couple of weeks ago to get a blanking plate for a double socket - i needed one that was flush to match the other sockets in the house, I called before i arrived and was told by the owner Riaz that he had them in stock, when I arrived he handed me the 10mm standard thick ones - i asked if he had any that were flush, to which he responded in a very patronising way "what are you, a flipping gas engineer?".. i didn't respond, and as I walked out the shop he shouted out towards the door "good luck finding them!"..me and my dad have been coming here for years - his son who also works there is very polite and helpful but Riaz is a very rude and disrespectful man and from this one instance I will never step foot or refer anyone to his shop again. Respect and manners don't cost anything and he should really consider the way he speaks to his paying customers. Im only writing this review after speaking to someone else who told me that they were also met with rudeness and patronising comments one the last and final visit they made.

   Following a phone call yesterday, I popped into the shop today and was treated really superbly. What a great find this shop is, with customer service way above any other local (non local) D.I.Y shops i've been into. Would I recommend NAZ DIY.......all day long, its five stars from me.

   Very local to us and very reasonable prices. We've been struggling to get a rather unusual key cut, and Timpson's wanted to charge £10 (when they deign to open!). We got the same key cut here for £4 - and yes, it works. Really pleased, and I think this will become our 'go-to' shop.
