I needed to get some items urgently, I rang at 8.00am and they were delivered by 8.30am! That's what I call, no fuss, good old-fashioned cracking customer service! Thanks guys, you saved the day!!
Very good service, friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Low on wood stock but not their fault during the pandemic, it's the same in most places for trade supplies.
Very disappointed with customer service in this instance. I asked what quantity of stone chippings I would need for weed suppression of a strip of ground measuring 20 yds by 12 inches. I was advised I would need 30 bags (3/4 ton) So having asked the experts I went ahead and purchased the recommended quantity. I needed six out of the 30 bags! MKM have refused to allow me to return them, saying they didn’t know how deep I needed the stones to be. Some customer service. I asked for weed suppression, not a foundation! So now I have 24 bags of stone chippings sitting on my garden path with no chance of ever needing them. I feel as if they preyed on an inexperienced female Shame on you Macclesfield MKM
