Had some great value Tiles and laminate saved a few pounds as well ! Very polite, helpful and unobtrusive staff.
Went in for laminate flooring today, explained to me which was the best. Loaded up my car for me with the underlay and beading too. That’s what I call good service, you won’t get that in any of the big diy chains. Would recommend anyone to pay a visit
I have recently bought laminate for the front and rear bedrooms and was very happy with the price and quality. I have used this company in the past for buying laminate and always had good service from them and they have always been helpful. Would definitely recommend this company for choice and price if you are buying laminate.
I would not give this company 1 star. But had no choice if i wanted to write a review. Absolutely shocking customer service. After not receiving the goods we ordered late march, i got a reply saying the goods were damaged in transit and if I wanted a replacement or a refund, we said to replace the item. After this we have had no further contact, I have sent a further 3 emails with no reply, still no goods have turned up neither a refund. With the current situation I am in no position to throw money away and receive nothing for it. I will not be using this company again and wouldn't recommend this company. Spend your money else where people, absolute sham!!

Outrageous ! Not allowed in the shop to buy some freaking flooring because I had a 5 months old baby in a pram... Against their policy... I am fuming when I walked 45 min to get there !
This company use a terrible distribution company. First time they delivered they had completely the wrong pallet. Second time they did not adhere to the allotted time slot. Brooklyn Trading then wanted me to pay £50 to redeliver which I was forced into paying. When complaining the manager Aiden told me "Go order it somewhere else then." I've never had such bad customer service. When I told them I will dispute the £50 charge they said that because I "missed" a delivery they have to charge for a redelivery even if it clearly isn't the customers. No compassion, no customer service and rude. Oh, and when the right pallet finally arrived of course three of the packs were damaged. Attached is the photo from the back of the truck. These guys are cowboys. Avoid like the plague.
Bought grow house and some other items. Grow house very good quality and at an unbelievable price. Delivery really quick but one of the 4 parts got separated into transit. Courier admitted sending to wrong depot but arrived following day. Customer service very reassuring when told of the problem. Have recommended to friends already.
