   So ywsterday 22nd december my television broke. Called TC Hayes and spoke to a lovely lady. I explained my problem but advised i wouldnt be home until after 4pm. She said that would be fine. Engineer (Cam ) calles me and i explained my problem to him. Said no problems ill have a replacement set to you tonight. I pulled up and he was there waiting for me bang on 4pm. Swapped me television for a spare while they tookxmine fpr repair. I really can fault this company. Day before christmas and still go above and beyond for their customers. I would recommened them to any one

   Used this store for years however these past few months rather a let down. The second you walk in pressure techniques start, asking if you need help or 'what are you looking for'. Don't need anything when I've just come through door as fast as you've got rid of one salesman another is asking you and don't get a tape measure out or else they ask when are you buying it. If we need help we will ask we don't need jumping on by 4 people within 5 mins of entering store. I know I'll never use this store again.

Spoke on the phone to sales person and television was delivered and set up the same day by lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have used T C Hayes in the past and will definitely use them again for electrical goods… highly recommended! Many thanks to you all.

   My washing machine broke, I went to TC Hayes, as they have a good reputation, I was advised by Mark, one of their customer service staff who recommended a machine, I got 10 percent off black Friday deal, it was delivered and installed the same afternoon , very well pleased.
