These guys are really nice and friendly. I took my Dyson into them and they did a no obligation quote for me and was really honest about what i should do. I will definitely consider them in the future and recommend anyone to take their vacuum to them.
Fantastic place with an incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and dedicated team. So much more than just a shop. I always buy DIY spare parts and fixings from here. They make sure it's the right part and also give excellent advice on the best way to do the job - so you get what you need and how to use it at the same time. There's much more available than is visible. Ask at the front desk and they'll help you find what you need.
Took an older Dyson that stopped working. A& I completed a full service, and repair without hassle. Expected Arkwright to pop out from the back at some point as they have everything you would need for DIY & Gardening also. Great Local Family Business, Highly recommended and lovely to deal with.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I went and put diesel in my lawnmower (I blame being mithered by the wife and kids ) they stripped the carb and cleaned it up and now it runs like new. They gave me a timescale of 5-7 days however the job was done way sooner which was great news. I thought it was gonna be a very expensive mistake but was done at a very reasonable cost. It’s a great little place for all your hardware bits and bobs too.
