   Where do I start… I placed an order for two meals, but what arrived was someone else’s food — a much smaller order than what I paid for. When I called to have this corrected, I was initially told that nothing could be done. I explained that I needed either a refund or the correct food sent out. After being put on hold, I was eventually told that my proper order would be resent, which I appreciated, as mistakes can happen. Unfortunately, things got much worse. The replacement order arrived around 10:30pm. I ate it, but regretted it soon after. I woke later that night with severe stomach pain, and over the next few days I was extremely unwell. After the food poisoning — without going into too much detail — I even had blood in my stool. I’ve now missed three days of work, and my doctor has confirmed I’m dealing with a serious intestinal infection. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. This has been incredibly distressing, and I will be exploring further action due to the impact on my health. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

   It is the best GDK branch I’ve ever been to. Very professional and polite staff especially Ambreen who took my order, she is very kind and knows how to deal with customers. Food was well cooked as well.

   My experience was extremely disappointing. The order was incorrect, with the beef and chicken being mixed up. Additionally, the GD kebab contained insufficient chicken. The service was unsatisfactory, and I do not recommend this location. Despite requesting a proper balance of meat, the staff member seemed frustrated, which was unprofessional. I will not be visiting any other branches of GD, as the Barking location is among the worst I’ve encountered. There should be a standard portion size for both meat and salad. I was going to ask for refund but it was for my son who was so hungry

   The OG Kebab meal with cheesy fries was delicious,flavorful, satisfying, and perfectly loaded. I opted for the mixed kebab with chicken and beef, and it was packed with flavor. To top it off, I enjoyed the chocolate waffle bread and mango juice, which were an absolute treat.

   I came here on Tuesday for the two-for-one offer. We ordered our take out and got home 10 minutes after receiving the food to find it completely cold. As if it was left out at room temperature for quite some hours, not owing to the 10 minute walk home. We decided to eat our meals but after a few bites we both though it best to throw it away. Now neither of us get sick easily. I have visited many countries with poor food hygiene with no issue. Same with my friend. But when the next day we both got horrible food poisoning we both still have a week later. I've missed the first week of Ramadan and loads of things I had planned. I also had to enjoy being home alone sick on my birthday. After my friend posted what happened online on a telegram group for brothers in the area others also got sick from this place around the same time. Avoid this place.

   I cant believe how small the portion was. I paid over £10 for my doner and chips paying extra for extra meat. When I came home and opened the box I was appalled at how much meat there was.inside. I felt as if I was robbed. Getting burnt end bits of meat and a few long strands for £10.50 is daylight robbery. Never again!!!

   I have been to some other store but today I am very disappointed in barking store. I bought 4 Kebabs,Literally there was no meat inside the donar OG kebab. On top all the bread was burned completely. Very disappointed. Not recommend.

   Very dry and fries full of old oil smell. Very unusual for GDK. Other branches like hight street East Ham, Stratford give far better quality. I think time for the head office to look into it seriuosly . This is my 2nd time visit in 3 months, Had similar experience last time. Staffs are very friendly though!
