   I’d like to share some feedback about my recent visit. One of the newer staff members was trying to help me find an item, but when he couldn’t locate it, he asked a colleague named Lucy to assist. Unfortunately, ( LUCY ) was quite dismissive and didn’t really come closer or check the system thoroughly. She just told me multiple times that if he couldn’t find it, then I should just order online and basically ignored my request. It felt quite rude and unhelpful. In the end, the original staff member took another look and actually did find the item for me, which I really appreciated. I hope the store can encourage that kind of helpfulness from everyone in the future.”

   The old gentleman with glasses was very rude and argumentative when I went to exchange a product as I was given the wrong one, just a straight swap, tried to argue that he didn't give me the wrong one and that he wont have it back because I opened it, his attitude stunk, the other lad that took over the return wasn't much better, was making a point about putting it through as damaged and making a thing about it being up to him if he wanted to do it for me and if he felt like doing it, get a grip, you don't own the company you work on the tills.

   Love screwfix always got everything u need. Usually the staff are ok here mostly miserable except for Jason who handled my issue outstandingly. Had a product that failed outside of a month of purchase but swapped it for a new one with no condescending questioning which I had experienced in the past. He even taught me how to use the express app and I'm pretty young and tech savy. Jason is a gem, we need more of them
