   Would give zero stars if I could, female workers are so rude and unhelpful. If you're on the curvier side definitely don't shop here they will laugh at you and be rude to you. Don’t shop here female staff need to learn some adab.

   disappointing and frustrating, customer service experience I encountered at Khan Textiles in Bradford. As a customer who has had a negative experience with your store, I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention in order to improve your services and ensure that other customers do not face similar problems. I visited your store where I bought a dress. However, upon reaching home , I realised that it did not fit me properly. Considering the inconvenience of having traveled from a far distance, I decided contact the shop via Instagram to request a return or exchange to the store However, the response I received from your staff was not good enough!. The representative showed a complete lack of sympathy or care for my situation and displayed a dismissive attitude towards my request. Despite explaining the long journey I had made and my genuine desire to find a resolution, they outright refused to consider an exchange or even provide me with a refund. The service level is appalling and I would have avoided this stress and headache if I knew this was the treatment I was going to receive.

   1* because 0 not possible.. visited today, bought a dress, an hour later went back after simply changing my mind as had seen something I liked better a few shops down and the ladies outright refused a refund.. what happened to basic consumer rights??! Awful service and simply insensitive and rude! Asked to speak to the owner but apparently he only comes when the shop is closed after 7pm!!

   I would give this place 0 stars if possible. They have a terrible returns policy and have given us faulty material twice. The assistant Naz is ok but the owner - she was extremely rude and she lied that an item was out of stock. If you can find another textile place then go there because these people will rip you off. Have spent hundreds in here last year and they don't value our custom.

   Clothes are ok and prices aren't too bad but the customer service is awful. The owners are very rude when asked for help, they rush you out of the changing rooms and talk rudely when asking to look at dresses or for asking to try on different size.
