   I ordered some gifts on 12th december, had the confirmation on 17th December, stating that the order is on its way, but so far havent heard anything from Nutmeg. Its a Christmas present, and its 23rd December today. Also sent an e-mail to CEO of Morrissions, yesterday (22/12/2021) but who cares?. So far there is no feedback, and they make it very difficult to liase with them, as you are talking to the Computer, no contact. System lapse. Service is appalling. Ordered some stuff from TU Sainsburys, and had the goods collecting in 4 days , what a brilliant service, maybe Nutmeg need to clean up the mess. This is the second time this has happened. I ordered some goods from China, and that came in 7days. There is business, but some companies dont care about the Service, but this on just down the pits!!
