   I thoroughly recommend EV2 based on my experience. The initial work with the designer helped us to create a kit design that I was happy with. Once I had placed the order, the design was finalised and went into production. The initial estimate was 5-6 weeks, but the excellent team at EV2 managed to get the order to us earlier than expected, in time for us to wear the kit at our next tournament. There was a minor production problem with the kit in a particular size, but EV2 managed to produce the correct kit and get it delivered to me within 48 hours, in time for the tournament. The customer service was beyond my expectations and the quality and design of the kit is excellent.

   Ordered some kits summer 2021, after months of waiting and constantly contacting EV2 we FINALLY got our kits. Upon the arrival of the kits we realised that they had sent a size down in every kit, so every XL was a large and every large was a medium and so on. We contacted EV2 about this and they tried to fob us off saying that the shirts were within their guidelines, luckily we had a kit from another team that we used for comparison. So we sent all the measurements and the pictures but only got somewhere when we threatened legal action. They admitted the faults and sent us the correct sizes, so in total we waited 4 months for the correct sizes. When the correct sizes arrived we noticed straight away the quality was no where near the quality of the comparison shirt and was clearly either old stock or they had used shirts below their “quality standards” but after the debacle trying to get the correct sizes we left it. Low and behold after wearing these kits once the stitching started to come away, again we have not complained about this due to how bad the customer service was and how much EV2 would drag this out to avoid correcting the situation. NOW, a year later we continue to use these shoddy kits as we paid A LOT of money for them. After a few new signings this season we decided to go ahead and order 4 more home and away kits instead of a whole new kit as we are not made of money. It looks like we were right as these new kits are amazing quality, twice as thick as the shoddy kits we ordered in bulk which is incredibly annoying as it’s clear that EV2 knew they were in the wrong and deemed it acceptable to fob us off with below par kits! But the sky is not all blue as 3 of the 8 kits are the wrong size as they’ve sent XL’s instead of XXL’s and again they have arrived late, the best part of this is that they’ve blamed the lateness of these 8 new kits on them not passing their QUALITY CHECKS. Farce of a company, save your hairlines and spend the money as Swaz, Appinsports or spend the extra money and go to Pro direct soccer as they surely cannot give you a worse experience than we have had using EV2.

   Fantastic customer service right from start to finish. Gareth provided regular updates and supported us with any queries we had. The price and quality of the kit was exceptional, we will be using EV2 sportswear as our regular kit supplier from now on. Massive thank you from all at PILCS FC.

   if i could give a zero star i would!!! For your own sanity avoid this company at all costs. I can not begin to tell you the problems i have experienced with them. The customer service is shocking, we paid for our goods in February and we told expected delivery would be 4 - 6 weeks. we finally received our almost completed order 7 MONTHS later. PLease take a look at what EV2 think is acceptable personalisation. This is by far the worst company i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, as a voluneteer for a youth sports club i have spent hours and hours of my own time trying to get the problems sorted. I have today received a refund for some of the goods I returned to them, this was only after i took advice for trading standards, but i am still missing items and have never been offered any kind of apology. DO NOT BELEIVE THE POSITIVE COMMENTS! They will take your money happily but then expect nothing but problems after that! AVOID AVOID AVOID.!!!

   So far I have placed 3 different orders of different sizes with EV2 Sportswear, and all have been a smooth, professional and friendly experience. What's more, the product is of the highest quality, and every person I've been in contact with has consistently provided exemplary service to ensure that the bespoke design i had provided (I did not use their online kit creator) was scrupulously respected. Additionally, the rates offered are incredibly reasonable for a customized product of this quality, even for the minimum order size. This is a professional connection of the highest standard and I plan on making several additional orders in the future.
