I was assisted by an extremely helpful, polite and friendly member of staff. Hajra offered useful advice and made sure I was comfortable with my choices. Her excellent customer service really stood out and made my visit pleasant.

I had such a lovely experience today thanks to the excellent customer service. The two sales assistants were absolutely wonderful, so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to really understand what we were looking for and offered thoughtful advice on what would suit us best, without any pressure at all. Their warmth and professionalism made the whole experience enjoyable, and we left feeling confident and happy with our choices. Thank you both for such a positive and memorable experience.
Shop was quite unorganized and I didn't know where to look and everything was all over the place. Another customer told me it was half price off on the original and I said it's not advertised but she said one of the staff told her . I purchased a pair of trousers which were priced at £20 but got for £10 which was ok. I wanted to try it on but the queue for the changing room was long and there was only one changing room which was strange. Clothing was priced individually so trousers, kurtas and dupatta all separate costs which is a shame.
Do not do refunds - really poor. Bought some stuff on the sale on Saturday. Did not like some of the stuff on second look and wanted to return. Went the following Monday but exchange only. Had to spend more time and money trying to find something. Would understand if they were a small time retailer. However, Kaadi is supposed to be an international brand. What a Joke.
Great food and service - i would recommend balancing portion size with price apart from that enjoyed the food.
Would give it 0 star if possible. Went two days before Eid, The queue was already touching the back of the shop. Changing rooms were unavailable which is really silly as it is their busiest period and they should not burden people to try on at home and then come back if size is not right. Once trying on the outfit the embroidery was quite irritating so for that reason I would have not purchased. I completely understand that there would be a queue however I do not understand why staff did not take initiative and open another till. It seems that the staff members were hiding in the staff room and having chats. Could not find staff on shop floor, the till lady was not only managing the tills but also having to go back in the store room to find items in desired sizes for customers. She did not delegate and there wasn’t anyone on the shop floor for her to delegate to, if she’s the only person at the till then she must remain on that till and not deal with enquiries on shop floor. I had my 19 month old son with me who was only getting more agitated. When I had seen only one person was at the till I asked why this was the case, are the other members not trained for the till? She replied with “the manager put me on till”!!! Clearly there wasn’t anyone with initiative or common sense working at the store. I said if the manage saw how long the queue was I’m sure they wouldn’t oppose to opening another till. I waited just under and hour to be served!! Absolutely ridiculous, if I wasn’t so desperate I would have left, now I have to go back and return the item because I wasn’t able to try it on.
This store was very good. Had polite helpful staff. Unfortunately the new staff have poor customer service skills. Store is run very unprofessionally. Changing rooms are closed due to being shortstaffed, when I saw 4 members of staff in store. This meant I had to buy take home and then return. Went back to return at 9.30am to be told the girl who does refunds is not here till 10.30. And she was the only one who could do this.
