Poor service. I returned an item and they responded after around a week and a half saying the stickers on the package were taken off There are way more helpful and better outlets out there

Fantastic assistance for all tooling enquiries. I snapped my Haimer 3D probe and had a nightmare sourcing I drove down same day and took 4 off their hands. Can not recommend enough.
I have 2012 Volvo VNL I took it to eat EW equipment which is it’ Volvo dealer supposed to be Volvo dealer this company they do not have any experience about fixing trucks I took my truck over there their wing guessing about it only guessing they couldn’t find a problem Every time they told me to change something They change it cost me thousands of dollars without fixing my truck they change it cost me thousands of dollars without fixing my truck and they charge me a lot of money without fixing my truck I took it somewhere else he put it on the scanner and he find the problem right away it cost me $280 part +150 for labor I do not recommend it
