Beautiful restaurant with amazing architecture features allowing customers to have indoor and outdoor seating area along with roof top bar. The food was great we enjoyed the starter salad, the burger, and the stake, however the pasta was a let down. Everything else was great, relaxing atmosphere.

I never had the opportunity to go try Alpine food especially the Swiss kind. The location is a definite visit at least once if you want a bit more premium dining experience after shopping at Westfield Stratford. My favorite item was definitely the rosti. Rosti is indeed an improved version of the traditional hash brown that we are familiar with. Yet it was elevated with its intricate toppings. We also liked the sausage sandwich that we ordered and that did meet our expectations of what a swiss sausage would be. The schnitzel was just average and didn't feel like it was that great. I have had way better schnitzel. I also want to highlight the good service provided by the head waiter and the table waiter who handled our order. When we visited the day was hot and the inside of the restaurant was really humid, which was not really a pleasant experience. The head waiter complied with my request and got us a table outside where the winds really helped us feel better. Nonetheless I recommend they fix their ventilation inside the restaurant.

Me and my boyfriend had our anniversary dinner here. My boyfriend got a pork dish, I do not recall what it was called, but it was so amazing. I had gotten the pasta, and it was so nice. The food is amazing here, and yes it is a bit pricey but it is so worth the money because the taste and the quality is amazing. We also got a salted caramel dessert and it was so nice, and the chef even took the time to write happy anniversary, on request. The atmosphere is also very nice, and the interior design is very very nice and sophisticated. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service!!

Booked outdoor seating which was a great choice on a hot day. Friendly service, although some missteps (ordered bread whilst waiting for starters - never arrived) Food is good with a varied menu. Wine bY the glass choices are limited and the Italian wine was sub par. A great night catching up with friends

My fiancé and I have seen this peculiar wooden structure being built on our daily walk path and out of curiosity decided to book Haugen. The establishment has got German and Swiss influences reflected in the menu as well as in the style. Sadly the food was average at best. Definitely not authentic and not worth the steep prices. The service was friendly, but not without friction. Despite many waiters around, I had to ask for the bill three times before getting it after over half an hour of being patient. When we went upstairs there was a long queue despite our booking and we managed to enter an hour after our slot. We were not welcomed at all. They just offered us a table with no drinks menu. After insisting we managed to order our cocktails that arrived after waiting for 40 minutes. The music was so loud and bad that we were struggling to mingle. I'd have expected a seasonal menu, but instead the food was clearly designed for the winter. It you're a foodie with some standards you'll be disappointed by Haugen.

Absolutely fantastic visit. asked for a table of 5 but they easily accommodated us when 3 extra friends turned up. fantastic food and cocktails. generous portions that they are happy to adapt where possible to dietary requests. staff are accommodating, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. the aesthetic was warm, cosy and homely, yet still well created. will definitely be returning.

Was our 1st time here with our babies, we were look after immediately from the manager Kim, he make sure we have enough space for the prams etc. We were served by Jose and Seonjeong, the attention for detail and recommendation for the food was great, dinner was delicious, also we have a few cocktails and wow! They were just perfect not only for the taste also for the nice presentation, thanks to the Bartender Kieran. I definitely recommend this place for drinks, food, excellent service and space for prams, just try to go on weekdays after 6pm so is not so busy.
