    Customer Service is terrible for upstairs showroom. Went in the morning, waited half an hour and not been served. Then went again in the afternoon, waited 5/10 minutes and no one came, i went down and asked someone to come upstairs and they said ok, 4 guys were standing and chatting. Waited another 5/10 minutes and no one came. Finally decided to leave and when i was going out i could see all 4 sales persons standing idle and laughing about. Worst customer service, never expected this, whats the point of having a showroom if you can't service the customer there, stick to downstairs plumbing supplies.

    Went in to buy a toilet for our downstairs loo. Dealt with Irfan as I have done previously, cant do enough for you. Really nice bloke.Top service and price, avoid B&Q visit here.
