My dad recently bought from here and has asked me to review. He found all the staff very helpful and the driver Paul was so friendly and caring when delivering. We live quite far from their base, however delivery was prompt and professional.

"Trade" accounts only....Hmmm what lies, these guys say you get an account manager. Here's what happens, you try getting a quote then they bombard you on whatsapp - no phone call and give you flakey quotes saying the price involves how much you order. Poor service and poor comms. AVOID! Prices are way high too.
We've worked closely with these guys for some time and have a great end product. Their communication is spot on we are very happy with customer service. Despite some extraordinary circumstances regarding availability of late, they are always very transparent and extremely happy to help. A big thumbs up from us!
Would highly recommend. Have used Deck Depot for 9 months now and they have never let me down. Great product, competitive prices, reliable delivery and most importantly a dedicated account manager who is always at the end of a WhatsApp for quick pricing and support.
We got the impression that the company really doesn't care a huge amount about customer service. Sent the wrong type of screws, too many days of calling to get them to send all of the clips. The product itself is absolutely fine and cheaper than other similar products but if you want a stress free buying experience then go some else!
