   Just been into branch after visiting a local plumbing supply company who couldn’t help. Jason worked out what I needed from what they had in stock so I could get my job completed today. Fitting a heat source pump! Also we share a good name. Thanks so much Jason your really an asset to tool station Macclesfield (I don’t normally leave reviews but I was so surprised how they helped me out)

   Not my experience Gigi Latham. The Toolstation Macclesfield Branch Manager Ashley and the staff are exceptional, in providing advice and support. My typical spend is significant each month so I take exception to your misrepresentation of the service this branch provides. I do not normally name individuals when writing reviews but as you specifically mentioned Ashley I feel it is only right to name you. Sounds to me like you have a grudge!

   Came in with very little knowledge of what I was looking for, only had a simple product description of a particular screw driver security torx, the gentlemen behind the till where exceptionally helpful and made every effort to find me the exact product I needed, highly recommend this outlet, customer service and the product range on offer is superb!
