   Gave them 1 star because I could not give them zero. I have decided to give them 10 days to return my countless calls and messages left after each call I made to them. I did not call to ask money back, to be honest, we do not care too much about that, I called to highlight a potential manufacture defect or poor suppliers quality checks. Ordered probably 20 different bandsaw blades for our machinery, and 5 of them were for an urgent job. 1st blade snap after few minutes of free run after installation and bearings alignment, bang on the weld. 3 more snapped, again on the weld. I kept the 5th one to show to them the potential hazard if they were interested to know about, but they instead choose to not return any call at all. I had the blade NDTed, and it fails clearly on the weld. Poor quality weld, so stay away for bandsaw blades of 19 mm.

   Ordered new blades for my bandsaw, purchased as a guest on eBay as I don’t have an account. They didn’t arrive when scheduled and still haven’t arrived. Tried calling but just get the answerphone . All a bit worrying.

   Absolutely terrible company, sent out a package with royal mail signed and tracked, it got delivered to a wrong address with a 'dws' signature (delivered without signature) and now won't do anything to sort it. Got told tough over the phone. Buyer beware, might be cheap but certainly aren't good when it comes to sorting out an issue
