    Been using axminster products for the last few years. Some have taken an absolute hammering, any time iv had any issues they've been super helpful. Replacment parts under warranty, emailed over exploded view diagrams to help fault check and swap parts. 10/10

    Service is good. Delivery is hit and miss depending on the value of your order. They seem to use Evri for low value orders, so can turn up in next doors bin at any moment the following week. Rewards system is a bit of a con. You can’t just spend them, you have to spend a certain amount of money to then use rewards to get a discount. You then get more rewards for the money you’ve just spent.

    I went in today to drop my plane iron off for the in-store sharpening service. Nathaniel offered to call me back once it was done, and give me a demo on how to set the plane up, and use it as well. He went above and beyond with getting the blade flat and sharp, and set it up beautiful, giving me some fantastic advice! It's my Grandad's old plane so I'm absolutely thrilled to have it working, and cannot thank Nathaniel enough. Aside from this, I always get great service and advice, and great products of course - cannot recommend the store and team enough.
