LOVE this place, it's rare to find somewhere that sells good menswear! Usually stores have a dingy men's section at the back covered in dust but Next really does us proud. Good sizing too!
Great system in place for Click and Collect orders. Plenty of clothing choice too, it's hard to just collect your items and not add more while you're in there! Lol
Finally sorted out the problem of receiving texts asking me to collect goods I had not ordered, but it took time. And the call center was little more than useless.
Bright airy store placed within a small shopping park. Not the usual amount of men's wear. Staff very helpful.
I bought a top yesterday in the Widnes store. I was about to wear it tonight and found the security tag has been left on. I can't understand why this was missed as there was no time spent folding it and putting it in a bag as I used my own bag. Very angry as I don't live anywhere near a Next store and now have to make an extra journey to have this put right.
Very Very Good For Children, big range, however should have a bit more selection in the adults section, also when you are in the children section denim pants gets a little tiring. overall good
