USC ONLINE/APP. Used a few times normally pretty good however. Paid for next day delivery parcel lost in transit 20 days later, no clear communication. no replacement products... no contact numbers chat bot's keep cutting off, un answered emails, if at all its 48hrs between. Absolutely terrible serive at my witts end with they're "customer service" department!! My complaint has been escalated so many times it has its own lift.. However still no parcel or indication of them sending Didn't take 20 days to take payment tho. A disgraceful and avoidable situation. That could be sorted so easily by sending out what I paid for...
