This is such a fantastic shop that covers a range of items from going out clothes to casual. Each item I’ve bought has been fantastic quality yet what stands out for me is their customer service. I placed an order yet selected the wrong delivery method as I needed it for next day delivery. I therefore placed the order twice to ensure I had the item in time and thought I’d return the additional item again. Dressing rooms noticed I had placed a double order and send me an email to see if I had meant to do this. They offered to cancel the item being delivered in 3-5 days and ensure the next day delivery item was sent. I love that I didn’t have to arrange return and they took the hassle away from me due to my error without me having to ask. Fantastic service and just what you need when you are in need for a gorgeous , highly quality item delivered asap! Thank you Dressing Rooms yet again you have saved me from an outfit disaster! xx
I can’t rate this store enough!! I order online as live in London. The clothes are AMAZING!! Such good quality and fashionable! I love looking at the instagram stories makes me want to order all the time lol Delivery is so quick and the odd things that don’t fit me I return and refund is also so quick.
