The shopping which my daughter received was quite shocking the bread was stale the multi oack walkers crisps also stale . It appears to me when you pack the items for delivery you go for items that do nit have a long life left in them which to be fair is quite unfair especially with the cost of living prices . I think you need to be checking your stock more often and not send stale goods out

Waited in for delivery on Sunday - missed there slot - gave them an hour extra then phoned - no answer!! Called the customer care helpline - they couldn't help so I cancelled the order. Next day they turned up and called me while I was at work to say my shopping was on the doorstep!! I told guy it was cancelled. Waited a week for refund after at leat a dozen emails - took 21 days before money was in back in bank. Complained and they said they will add money to my bonus card - a week later and nothing on there. Useless delivery service, useless customer services, and the food is expensive for what it is - offers are over inflated prices, brought down to normal for buying 3 or more. Not shopping online here anymore - only thing they do that’s worth it is the frozen mash. And they put that up from Β£1.00 for a kilo to around Β£1.60 for 900 grammes - now it’s Β£2.00 for a kilo - shrinkflation at its best.

Went in to get the rustlers cheese burgers for microwave and all they had was flemmings it SAID it was a cheese burger but all it is is a mince and pie smashed together that taste is absolutely horrible and it doesn't even taste like meat at all it tastes nothing like it at all and ever time I've gone in the check for the rustlers it aways been that flemmings for weeks now I don't think they going to ever get the good ones in again

The older female cashier at Iceland Oldham centre was quite rude, confrontational, and aggressive. This all stemmed from me using my bag as a basket instead of the Iceland basket or trolley. She became aware of this when I approached her to check out the groceries I had, and inquired about using an Iceland voucher. Rather than employing critical thinking and engaging with me in a friendly manner to understand my choice, she chose to respond with aggression. Had she asked why I didn't use a basket, I would have explained that my hidden disability prevents me from doing so. I have difficulties gripping and holding onto things. Instead, her hostility escalated to the point where I had to ask if she was going to serve me or not. She replied yes, but then mentioned that if security were around, they would have stopped me from using my bag. She also told me, she wasn’t arguing with me, yet her tone was clearly confrontational. I attempted to clarify that I typically shop at Iceland Warehouse and have never encountered issues using my bag as a basket there. In fact, the security and staff have consistently observed me doing so, and have never approached me in a rude manner about it like she did. Avoid this store if you seek a welcoming environment that is free from judgment and prejudice.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to do an in store shop and then opt for delivery. I had a delivery time for 4-6 and didn't come. I thought it was busy so I'll give them a few hours extra. It was 8pm and still didn't come so I rang the store, and heard a woman say that my order wasn't even sent out. So ridiculous, was waiting for my shop so my kids could eat. The man on the phone said the order will arrive at 9pm and it didn't,it arrived at 10:30,which us absolutely ridiculous. This has happened to me twice , and is completely unacceptable! Wouldn't recommend this store or the delivery service.

Lack of staffing on checkouts make shopping in Iceland Oldham town centre horrendous. You're waiting in the queue for upto 15-20mins on a quiet day because of it. I usually pop in to buy 2-3 items yet the waiting times to be served on check out drags on. Nobody should be forced to wait that long to be served. This store has 6 checkouts yet only 2 are ever in use. Honestly, Iceland should invest in self service tills to make it easier!!
