   I had a very upsetting experience at this Tesco Express. The small and awkward car park was already frustrating, but things got worse when I arrived. There were several homeless or beggars standing in the car park. One of them knocked on my window, trying to get my attention and then told me I was driving too fast. I told him to leave me alone, but he became aggressive, which made me feel very uncomfortable and frightened. I immediately went to the security guard for help, but he was blunt and unhelpful. I had to ask twice whether he was even a security guard. When I explained that the people in the car park were harassing customers, he responded dismissively and asked what they said. I had to repeat myself several times, feeling increasingly frustrated and unsafe. To be honest, I don’t think Tesco is doing enough to ensure the safety and security of its customers in the car park. It’s their responsibility to keep the area safe and free from loitering and harassment. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I won’t be returning.

   Tried to call them around countless times for a whole hour to find out if they had any baby milk in stock.. but user busy.. why have a phone number if your going to block all calls anyway? Bad customer service

   Fair selection of products and really convenient that it’s open late. However, it’s disappointing that the only option is self-checkout, which doesn’t give a receipt. We bought some buns that turned out to be moldy - only noticed after getting home, and they were days past the expiry date. In most of Europe you don’t usually think to check that, because you assume some basic quality control. Without a receipt or staff around, there’s no way to return or complain. It just reflects a pretty low standard overall.

   This is a popular but small store. It gets very busy and staff work hard to reduce waiting times to be served, but it can occasionally be a short wait for service. I would say due to it's size and popularity locally that it's safer to go somewhere quieter with more space. Although staff are great sometimes it can't be helped that you are too near other customers. There is a very busy small car park that is best avoided at peak times.

   The place is small and can be a nightmare to park at peak times due to the small size of the car park but that’s to be expected however what make this place great, are the staff. They are very friendly and keeping to the Tesco tagline “Every Little Helps” they stick to this and every time I’ve been there with my wife they have helped a lot. Recently, my wife went for a shop and due to being pregnant she was unable to pick up the heavy items and the checkout operator came out to the car to help which is always appreciated so i'd give it 9 out of 10 due to the car parking situation.
