   Ordered bathtub, really pleased they were able to offer click and collect as needed it quickly. On arrival the tub was severely damaged and had clearly been dropped at a height - when we requested a refund the sales were pushy for us to order a replacement. Eventually they refunded us and then proceeded to tell us that the bathtub was sat in warehouse for a long time after a rejected order - they were still quite happy to charge full price on the damaged tub though. Wouldn't recommend.
