Today I shopped here and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional attitude of one of the staff members. It was a really great experience.
Needed a part to ignite the boiler...got it... sorted. Staff were fab, was about to close and tills were closed. Served me for cash.
Another shout out to Alan working in parts! Super helpful with an issue on a boiler, offered advise on a solution and nailed it 100%. City Plumbing, look after this man at all costs, you've got yourself a diamond. Thanks again Alan!
Decent prices but poor delivery services. Giving a delivery slot is great, but it is completely pointless if you don't keep it or provide updates. I got to a 7am to 9am delivery slot, which they have missed with no updates, so no idea if the delivery is even coming.
I went in to get a gas valve and igniton box. The man who served me asked me if I was sure I needed the gas valve too. I took his advice and just took the 1 part saving me over £200 and he was right. 10/10 service.
