First time in there and the manager came over and asked to look in my bags of shopping accusing me of shop lifting apologies after embarrassing me never going in there again stick to River Island better clothes and nice and helpful staff

Very friendly staff, don't know why they don't sell men's wear! Men can however order online and have delivered to the shop for pick up.
Took my 11 Yr old daughter to buy some clothes, not to much choice but enough to satisfy ! And she really likes the look, forgive the pun

My Favorite clothing shop. Atleast 90% of my wardrobe is from new look. Its extreamly affordable and the clothing is a great quality. Its versatile and you can find products to suit any shape, size and style. The staff are always friendly and attentive. They also do Gourgeous homewhere and beauty products.
Two young girls who work in here helped me pick out some shoes for a night out. They were really lovely and pleasant and i got the right shoes for the event I was going to. 5* customer service
