Purchased a dress today got it home and realised there’s a hole in it, contacted the store and they’ve refused a refund!

Hoping someone will contact me as I am badly in need of new wardrobe, wanting to spend hundreds, surely one customer in the shop is social distancing. If Florence contact me first I will have no choice but to spend my money there.

Had to go too Trading Standards after REFUSING us a refund of my wifes dress, still with the tags on and unused, refused a refund after 15 hours? said they dont do refunds! Very rude staff and the owner Donna Fryer
