   Update/edit: having received communication from the Gotch’s store in Selby, our hob has now been replaced by the store. I was impressed with how the team dealt with this issue and were eager to rectify the situation, hence I felt I had to add to my initial review. Thank you to Gotch’s for responding so promptly and for sorting the issue. We purchased an induction hob from Gotchs in October, which was fitted by them that month. Within two months the hob made a loud bang, caused a fuse to blow and broke. Whilst this is out of the 30 day right to return and refund under the 2015 Consumer Rights Legislation it is still well within the stated legal six month period in which responsibility still lies with the retailer to either fix or replace the product, not the manufacturer. Gotchs appear unaware of this law and were very unhelpful stated after 30 days it is not their problem and we had to go to the manufacturer. I hate writing negative reviews but this is really poor service and I feel something the retailer needs to seriously assess to avoid losing customers.

   My son has just had a delivery of a washing machine , old washing machine removed and new one fitted, The 2 delivery drivers were polite, friendly and very helpful, top service 10 out 10, highly recommended this company from start to finish.

   Gotches you performd a miracle can't praise the staff enough. My freezer full of food gave up the ghost the first Friday in December 3.00pm and we were going on holiday at 6am the next morning Went down to shop a chest freezer in stock bought at 3.45 and delivered at 4.45pm can't thank the staff enough

   Bought our new Blomberg integrated washing machine on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered Friday afternoon. Two lovely guys brought it in to where we wanted it and took our old one away. They even registered the guarantee . Leon , the young man in the Selby store was really helpful and polite a credit to to the shop and his family. We had a small problem with some of the pieces sealed in the machine but the store sorted it for us straight away. Thank you, really impressed and we will be back and the machine is great!!!
