   Arranged a call out for my broken washer/dryer. Engineer named Steven came promptly, diagnosed the fault and was able to return later the same day with new parts to fit and fix the issue. All seems to be working smoothly now. Good service, efficient, easy going and a good price.

   We recently took our Miele dish washer to Bells for repair. The service we received was exceptional. They had the appliance for two days and considering it was just over twenty years old they tried their very best to find a cause and repair it. Keeping us informed regularly of the progress. They stripped it down to finally diagnose a problem that just could not be repaired. There was no charge for the time and work they put into this. This business was highly recommended to us many years ago and we have in the past bought spare parts for various appliances and always found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Thankyou to you all. Keep up the fantastic customer service.

Always solid, friendly, honest advice. Their pricing policy would compete with anyone. Living in Leeds I can honestly say you'd be hard pushed to find anyone in the city with their consistency of great service.

   Bells Electrical are fantastic, I cannot recommend them enough. I’ve used them a few times. I bought a dryer over a year ago and I called them out with an issue. Steven, took it back and returned it with no charge (as a fault when it was sold, we didn’t realise and it was out of warranty). They could have charged but didn’t. I’m so grateful and went above and beyond. They are honest, reliable and I 110% recommend them. Thanks Steven and Bells you are just wonderful!

   Excellent speedy repair service and advice. They came out to me within 2 days over Christmas. The same day I went to the showroom to choose a new dishwasher and they installed it and removed the old one that afternoon. The repairman even fixed a small problem with my oven while he was here. Will continue to use.

   When our oven stopped heating mid December we immediately thought new oven, then what about delivery before Christmas. After a search on google it looked more likely it was only the fan oven element that had gone and these could be delivered within a week from internet outlets. However there were so many to choose from and not all the photos on line looked exactly like my broken one. So I decided to look for local suppliers with the intent of picking one up. I messaged a couple of shops but Bells were the only ones to get back to me. They asked me to bring my old one down as a comparison but when I got there the one they had got out for me was a perfect match. Took it home and it fit and performed perfectly. Cooked beef wellington the following day and that was spot on. Saved me a fortune and any hassle of getting the wrong one from an online supplier. Many thanks.

   Great customer service from them! Really going the extra mile. Spoke to a very knowledgeable person there and he gave me good advice - which was to get Indesit to repair the washer dryer under parts and labour warranty. (which they did the same day). When I will need some repairs then I definitely will speak to Bells Domestics!

   Fantastic service. I rang to enquiry if they stocked spare parts for a tumble dryer which they do. The part was put to one side and on arrival time was taken to ensure the part was the correct one. I will certainly consider Bells Domestics for future spare parts or a new machine. I left the store feeling I’d received an individual service. Part fitted and the tumble dryer is running sweet again.
