Can literally get anything from this currys the one in pontefract doesnt sell alot of stuff you would possibly want, so its best to click and collect there (smaller items), however this one in wakefield you can go in and ask and 98% of the time they will have it in stock only the odd few times iv had to order to store for collection so eg .. electric scooter and tonies 2 box both had to be bought from wakefield as pontefract didnt do them hope this helps. Member of staff are polite and very helpful if your needing any help or information on stuff there are alot of staff floating around the floor that you could ask.

We were in a hurry when we got there. They said they were busy, but when we were seated, it was half empty, and we didn't see people leaving to account for the long wait. Table was wobbly, so had to switch tables. Food was decent, but the selection was poor, the server wouldn't let me choose both varieties of sausage. The coffee latte arrived at the end of the meal, so my wife couldn't enjoy it with her meal.

Took a Kenwood microwave back it was only 2 years old sparking and smoking inside Jonny the manager didn't want to know . So left it for scrap and went upstairs as he told me that there was some good deals on new microwaves. Waited and waited 15 minutes not a single sales person up there !. Left won't be going back mentioned it to manager on way out. Very poor service

I just wanted to pass on a heartfelt thank you to Warren at the wakefield store. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. We were very happy with the service recieved and purchases today. Thanks again warren.

Staff arguing with each other on the shop floor. Lots of staff but none who will make eye contact even to acknowledge they will be with you in a minute. Blanked by 5 members of staff. Useless service. Stttiiiiiiilllll waiting. Ive had enough time to wait and then re-edit the review whilst nobody serves me. Despite the '^happy to help' gent stopped doing nothing y the door saying he will get someone. Been queuing over 10 mins. Useless.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I took my 8 month television back to store, and it was sent off for repair which I was made aware could take up to 28 days. It was deemed non-repairable after a week so I had to wait for a voucher to be sent. I received a voucher for £169 when I paid £189. I've spent over an hour on the phone to be transferred to five different departments all of which couldn't help me. I went in store over a week ago and they sent off a form to request the refund be made up to the amount I paid, I've been back to store today for them to tell me that the request has been declined! Store are telling me that the refund is short because the television is now for sale for £169 but customer service on the phone are telling me my refund is short because I have had the television for 8 months and had 8 months use out of it! I am now back on the phone making a complaint after using the online chat and being told I couldn't make the complain for an instore purchase through the webchat!! I asked in store what were my chances of receiving a refund rather than a voucher as I would rather buy a television from elsewhere and the staff said "you have no chances of receiving a refund rather than a voucher" The hole thing is unfair and the time I have had to spend in all this on phone calls and petrol to do multiple visits to store has been ridiculous considering I bought a television and it broke within the first 8 months of having it. I will NEVER buy from Currys again and will be warning others too.

Pretty much the only electrics and electronics store left in Wakefield, and an OK store although not brilliant. Good for some things like TVs, of which they have a big selection. Not so good for heating products - they have none. I tried to buy a washing machine there but every one on display that I picked was out of stock. Assistant suggested I try somewhere else if I wanted a black washing machine, so I got one from Argos instead!

Always clean and tidy. Loads of staff on the floor to help should you need it. IMHO Currys have good, knowledgeable and polite staff who always try to do right by their customers. Quick update, nothing has changed still 5/5!

It was difficult to get someone to help me on both occasions. Then she wasn't bothered. Not enough willing staff on the shop floor. I've bought a lot of items there this week and it's the same girl behind the pay counter taking ages to sort things out so there's a queue. Plus I wasn't asked about discount. I have blue light card so probably due back £100!!! Need to get their act together.
