Love this store. Its well laid out, cosy and quiet on a week day. There are great quality clothes at great prices if you catch a sale they're even less. The staff are lovely and friendly without pestering. Great experience. Wish there were more places like this in the area.
Avoid! Horrible returns service! My boots broke on my foot and worn them three times; actually this was the second pair, first one was refunded, second one with the same fault rejected for refund! Having a face! What a disappointment!
You can get a great bargain on brand gear here if you keep an eye out - last time I got some £65 Jack Wills boots from here for £17, although I think that was a one off.
I bought nice jacket, but were to big so I went to return it or change it, they were happy to change the item with a smaller one even I lost the tag. I highly recommend the shop.
