We have just had a kitchen fitted from Diane at Concept designs the kitchen is beautiful and was fitted by Alan and his mate who took their time and did a excellent job. The kitchen was not expensive but is real quality, cupboards and work tops. Diane is a lovely lady. Linda Milnes
We bought our kitchen Nov 2024 and can say it was an absolutely amazing experience. Nothing was too much. From the very beginning Diane couldn’t do enough. Her expert opinion helped us make many decision and she really understood that the kitchen space was the going to be the heart of our home. We forgot to order up-stands, the kitchen fitters pointed this out and we contacted Diane straight away on the first day of fitting, she ordered them straight away and they arrived the next day. We used Diane’s fitters and they were also amazing. They involved us in any decisions that needed to be made. Would highly recommended to anyone.
Recommended by multiple people. We are so pleased with our kitchen from Concept Design. Diane was fantastic at finding the style we were looking for and items we wanted all within our price range. We shopped around with the usuals (IKEA and B&Q) and they do not come close! The quality of the kitchen is amazing and somehow with less cupboards we now have more space! Fitters were efficient and very helpful. Great service all round!
We love our new kitchen. Diane is such a lovely lady. The fitters are great guys very professional they don't stop. We have wanted a new kitchen for a couple of years and concept design made our dream come true. 10 out of 10 all of you.
Excellent quality kitchen (from manufacturer) concept design customer care is absolutely disgusting! I had problems with the fitters they sent out in were I had newly finished walls and the kitchen fitters left chunks out the walls by not taking care then they decided to fill with silicone! Units cut to incorrect sizes even though the plan said the measurements! All in all good quality kitchen but concept design no good! No customer care, no response back from them still awaiting soft closers that were not fitted. For £5K I expected more and not have to repair walls that I had previously paid for. Shop around I say!
Did a great job from start to Finnish and never pressurised us at all. We are well pleased with our new fitted kitchen and would recommend them to all.
Great service from start to finish. Diane was very helpful helping me to choose the worktops I required and nothing was too much trouble for her. The fitters were very experienced and have done a great job. I would highly recommend Concept Design.
