Staff are defeated, often looking quite rough. If they’re not playing on their phones, they’re chatting with locals while a queue forms. Staff refuse to accept Evri parcel returns despite having a machine in-store to process them. Flat out, they are too lazy to move the parcels from the till to the back room. Save yourself the trouble and go further up the road to Morrisons Daily.
