   Favourite Chinese in Worcester, will not order from anyone else. Good high quality food with amazing taste. The delivery does take a while and sometimes we have had to wait an hour plus but worth it because of the food

   Ordered from Deliveroo - was delivered within 30 minutes. Food was really tasty - the best crispy chilli beef I’ve had in Worcester! Will definitely be returning.

   Avoid ordering from here. The food took almost two hours to arrive which would be fine if it wasn’t a box of overcooked deep fried rubbish. I could have cooked and delivered this in less than 20 minutes myself. The food itself was all overcooked and inedible. The food we attempted to eat was all pretty flavourless, even the sauces tasted watered down and had no flavour (we couldn’t even figure out what one of them was meant to be.) the temperature was lukewarm warm at best, apart from the sauces which were piping hot and likely fresh out of the microwave. 90% of the food went in the bin.

   Thought we would give this Chinese a go… The delivery time was ridiculous, 50 odd minutes. The curry was spicy (no mention of this on menu) The special fried rice needed some flavour and veg could have been more traditional. The 2 person sharer was good and the chips were nice.

   I ordered from WokStar a few times before and never had any issues but a recently placed order took over 2 hours to be delivered! Not only we had to wait this long, most of the food arrived cold and we didn’t enjoy it at all. I tried calling the restaurant several times to check what’s happening but couldn’t get through. The line either kept ringing and then cutting me off or it was going straight to voicemail. Delivery driver very unapologetic and seemed to have no care in the world. I don’t know what happened to this restaurant but it’s a real shame, I won’t be ordering from here again.

   Food is spot on. Easily the best Chinese in the area, and I've tried them all. However, word of warning, avoid delivery as it can arrive any time between 20 minutes and 3 hours, so you can't plan an evening around it. Just collect instead, you won't be disappointed with the quality!

   Delivery went to wrong address. We got a phone call informing us. Food was not very hot when it arrived an hour late though meant to be freshly cooked. We like to use local businesses and are v local to Wokstar and tho we have used them before we shall not use them again. We were offered a discount on our next order.

   I am not one to complain but my experience here was disgusting. We live around the corner from Wok Star and it estimated 45 minutes for delivery, our food turned up after 1 hour 40 minutes, with missing items, it was cold, the chips were hard, the chicken wasn't cooked and it had no flavour. When phoning in regarding this staff were unsure on what was going on, I was left on hold for ages and the delivery drivers were both extremely rude. I really would no recommend ordering from here again! Attached are picture of the noodles and the starter.
