We had a really good experience in Roman in Eagles Meadow. Looking for a dress for my Mum. The lady working in there (Sue, I think) was really lovely, and very helpful! Found a perfect dress for a great price.

Excellent service with helpful staff. Allowed our dog inside with my husband who also helped me choose a lovely dress and a beautiful top. Thankyou for your warm welcome, relaxed and helpful service. Super shop, well laid out with lots of choice.

I came to the Wrexham store as the Chester one had still a lot of sale items. The Wrexham store is bigger and well laid out in colours. It was easy to find which colour you wanted. I tried on several dresses and Ceri was very patient coming over to zip me up. I purchased a dress that didn't require a zip. Ceri deserves the 5 stars I gave as her customer service and patience was excellent and if anyone deserves a reward its her

Lovely store with great outfits in every size, colour, style and design. Very reasonably priced. The assistants are brilliant. Ceri went the extra mile to sort out a wedding outfit for me. She couldn’t do enough, she was great. Really good customer service and nothings was too much trouble.
