Lots of free parking, big store with plenty of choice, love the home section and men’s clothing but have found the women’s clothing prices are a bit too high
Undergoing major refurbishment but staff coping with the upheaval very well. So far the work done looks very good as store looks brighter and airier. Good range of clothing to suit all ages and there's a nice homewear section as well. Changing rooms currently being moved as part of alterations. Large free carpark but limited to 2 or 3 hours....can't remember now.
Self service at till point. Refunds via Matalan staff. No staff on shop floor, sizes hit and miss. Parking on private land .
I visit the store quite often. There is a good range of quality products the store is well set out. All staff are friendly, polite and always happy to help.
Got all i wanted clothes wise and the staff were very helpful.
Very quite in there look more like it was ready to close down .
Gone down. No nice clothes anymore. All skinny skinny trousers nothing for normal sized people
Still can't decide whether l enjoyed the experience or not. The shop was very well stocked with its usual designs and seasonal clothing. Plenty of knockdown bargains. All sizes bar mine .lots of information on Covid and the wareing of facemasks. Trying to pay was a different story. Self checkouts are a joke and one till that only took cash. Come on you can do better.
This business is open for in-store shopping and appear to be adhering to covid safety standards, so it feels safe. They have good quality clothes and footwear including branded names. I find it a bonus that the staff at this store are very helpful, polite and professional, without losing their sense of humanity. If you can't find what your looking for, they offer on line ordering that you can collect in store or arrange home delivery.
