   There's clearly theft going on by someone working at this store. I had a garmin package delivered to this shop via UPS after one attempt at home delivery. When I attempted to pick up the parcel that evening (monday 24th november), they informed me I needed a barcode despite having ID and a postal slip with me. I have since been informed by UPS that a barcode is not necessary for their service. After 13 phone calls to UPS and garmin, and 12 days since the parcel was delivered to them, Londis now claim that I have picked up the parcel despite that my tracking information proves that this is not the case. I have since completed a police form. UPS need to cut off their ties with this store.

   Do not leave any parcels with these people, or newton Mini Mart, which is its sister shop. I dropped off a parcel for Hugo boss, and upon checking on it, the parcel had not left the store after 10 days. I rang to ask them and was told they don't have it? they must have lost it? I said I was putting a complaint in. They rang me back an hour later and said they have found my Hugo boss parcel and they will send it to ups. It's now over 12 days, and my parcel is still showing it's never left this store. Now I have to make a claim from ups for the cost of my Hugo boss purchase, which is unacceptable.

   Absolute terrible service speaks to customers with a horrible attitude. Constant water around fridge and poor lighting. Constant out of date stock and mould on the stock affected by "leaking fridge" went back to shop and mould hadn't been cleaned in 9 days. Staff don't care . Stay clear of this place.

   An average corner shop has great selection of sweets and your basics bread milk etc. There's an ATM but you get charged I wouldn't go there for cigarettes there usually not very well stocked and only have the more expensive tobacco gram pouches and the milk seems to go off quicker than most, but it's like the milk in most of shops in Newton Le willows the bates milk seems to smell sometimes after a day. The customer service there is always very good and the opening hours are good closes at 11pm.
