   Queued for ages whilst staff just ignored the queue. Plus didn't double check email address so I didn't get a receipt. When I asked I was told they couldn't go back and check !

   The worst shop I have ever been to out of the franchise. Some of the staff are rude and clearly need re training but this pales in comparison to the attitude of the managers that run the shop. A young "Lady" with dark hair who should not be given the responsibility of cleaning toilets is meant to be supporting her staff and courtious to customers but is disinterested, rude and passive aggressive even whilst dealing with a simple exchange. I am not the only person who has had problems with this store and can see why it's never busy!

   The smallest RI av ever been in my life wouldnt evan shop here. Dont evan have half the clothes in that store that a store should have. Plus not very nice staff speaking to me asif i was something off the bottom of there shoe.. jokes the lot of them..
