Had to wait forever for someone to come to the till, she slowly walked out from the staff room, gave me a horrible look, didn't even have the decency to say hello, sorry for your wait, ok if you don't apologise for us waiting at least be polite and say hello, instead dead abrupt- "is it just this?". Manners cost nothing, learn to use them!!

Helpful staff with some great bargains
I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at this store. The staff ( a girl with another boy) made me feel as though I was being accused of theft, which was both humiliating and unjustified. I was simply shopping, yet I was treated with suspicion instead of respect. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures their staff is trained to treat all customers with dignity and professionalism in the future.
The service received here was terrible so many staff working but they just ignore you and when you ask for help you get given a dirty look by the female manager who was too busy discussing what her weekend plans were with other staff I immediately walked out I advise everyone to avoid this store, visiting it will ruin your day
Waited 15 mins for a parcel while shop was extremely quiet with 5 staff on !! Really poorly managed store, requires attention
Great store. Quality choice of clothes and actually some.decent offers in there.
Even the copy kit is cheap and shoddy manufactured but at nearly original price.FΓ²otbal kits for Δ·ids and gents ruby shirts restricted to One or two teams ,not patriotic to UK teams and certainly not everybodies sizes stopping a lot of the time at larΔ£e nothing more than xl they seem to forget that people are evolvingat the beginning of the 1900not many people were over 5foot 3inches which is the average size that JD cater for.
Staff standing around discussing their private lives ignoring customers. Everytime I've been there I have not been acknowledged or offered help by staff. There is a very small selection of ladies shoes compared to mens and juniors. Would not go back nor recommend to anyone due to the very poor customer service.
