   Good Gym. Few things need changing though. The shower room needs a drain hole, gets flooded. Nearly slipped few times coming out the sauna. Shower water floods the place, unhygienic and dangerous sometimes. Free paper toweles blue ones, they used to do them but now dont. How are we expected to clean equipment.Unhygienic. Not to sure what the rules and guidance is from the uk gov are on big mainstream gyms. But paper towers should be here with the amount of people here sweating on equipment.

   Useless staff. Rude. Would rather stand gabbing to each other than concentrate on customer service, whoever owns this company needs to look at some actual training and expectations of service for them.

   Great gym great people, the gym is spacious and a lot of great machines, if you want a great PT then ask for my mate Dan leatham he’s a great guy and has great knowledge for losing weight, just started here but I used to use him in pure gym and he’s unreal and I lost a load of weight with his help, such a nice person and doesn’t push you like normal PTs Highly reccomended

   Hello, this is my overall rate because of: ❌ Frivolous customer service ❌ Clients mockery ❌ No notifications or contact back after a complain ❌ Empty promises ✔ Friendly in-store staff I've had a very dissapointing experience with JD sports, this doesn't have anything to do with the store nor the staff members but the whole company itself, firstly the Customer service is horrible because they don't care, I've made an online order from the in-store catalog computer for amount of 275£ it's almost been a month now and I didn't received my stuff nor the refund. Because they think they can get away with it. I've wrote dosens of emails to them, contact them via phone as well they just don't care about their customers. Absolutely frivolous manner. Do not order stuff for big amount of money I advise you to order your stuff 1 by 1. otherwise you will be scammed like me. ⚠️ Advice: - I am scammed and JD Custimer service is not helping me what to do? Here's a list of Fraud agencies you can contact Trade Advisors The Federal Trade Commission National fraud agency ActionFraud ⚠️Order your stuff 1 by 1 as extra careful action ‼️ Don't let them get away with your money that some of you worked hard for, report ASAP if you are a fraud victim.

   Went to JD today and had a lovely experience with a boy named Joe who was so helpful and found the clothes I needed for my brother who also told me it was his first day on the job! So impressed. All the staff where lovely and it was a nice new clean store 10 out of 10 experience

   Great selection of casual clothing and trainers. Staff are helpful with great product knowledge but without being overly intrusive. The store is laid out wellaking it easy to find what you are looking for. Easy access from the free on-site car park.
